فِي الصِّغَرِ اعْتَدْنَا أَنْ يَأْمُرَنَا مَنْ يَكْبُرُنَا بِالصَّلَاةِ

In our childhood, we were accustomed to being told by our elders to pray

فَنَمْتَثِلُ لِلْأَمْرِ

So we obey the order

ثُمَّ نَذْهَبُ لِنُصَلِّيَ

Then we go to pray

فَنَجِدُ أَنَّ الصَّلَاةَ ثَقِيلَةٌ

And we find that prayer is heavy/burdensome
