كِتَابٌ لِلدُّكْتُورِ مُصْطَفَى مَحْمُودٍ بِصَوْتِ إِسْلَامٍ عَادِلٍ

السَّاعَةُ

An hour

أَهْلُ الْكَهْفِ الَّذِينَ لَبِثُوا نِيَامًا فِي كَهْفِهِمْ ثَلَاثَمِائَةِ سَنَةٍ

The people of the cave who remained sleeping in their cave for three hundred years.

قَالُوا حِينَمَا اسْتَيْقَظُوا مِنْ رَقْدَتِهِمْ لِلسَّائِلِ الَّذِي سَأَلَ كَمْ لَبِثْتُمْ

They said when they woke up from their slumber, to the questioner who asked: How long did you stay?

قَالُوا لَبِثْنَا يَوْمًا أَوْ بَعْضَ يَوْمٍ

They said: We stayed a day or part of a day.

وَالَّذِي أَمَاتَهُ اللهُ مِئَةَ عَامٍ ثُمَّ بَعَثَهُ قَالَ نَفْسَ الْجَوَابِ يَوْمًا أَوْ بَعْضَ يَوْمٍ

And he whom God caused to die for a hundred years then resurrected, he said the same answer: A day or part of a day.

وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يُقْسِمُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ مَا لَبِثُوا غَيْرَ سَاعَةٍ

And on the day the Hour rises, the criminals will swear that they did not remain but for an hour.

كَذَلِكَ كَانُوا يُؤْفَكُونَ

Thus they were deceived.
