Who processes refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

You can request a refund by emailing us at [email protected], or by contacting Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Your statutory 14-day right

Under UK law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase of digital content.

Because our Service gives you access immediately, at checkout you are asked to confirm that you want access to begin straight away and that you understand you will lose this 14-day right once it does. If you give that confirmation, the statutory right ends when your access begins.

We have chosen to offer the voluntary refund terms below regardless.

Our voluntary refund terms

Annual subscriptions. If you request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase, we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Access ends when the refund is processed.

Monthly subscriptions. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first monthly payment, we will refund you in full.

Renewals. We do not refund monthly renewal payments, or annual renewals after the 14-day window. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged. We send a reminder email before annual renewals.

Partial periods. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period you have already started.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund. If you want both, say so in your email.

When we may decline a refund

We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, where an account has breached our Terms and Conditions, or where the account shows a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund.

If something is wrong with the Service

The refund terms above are voluntary and in addition to your legal rights. If the Service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us at [email protected] and we will put it right.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us or Paddle first. We can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

Free tier

The free tier is provided at no cost, so no refunds apply. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.
