Praise be to Allah,

Praise be to Allah Who legislated and perfected what He legislated,

and made, and perfected the making of what He made,

He legislated the laws of Islam and perfected them,

and He began the works of blessing and completed them,

and poured down the clouds of favors, singling out and making them widespread,

He honored whoever He willed by His grace and raised him,

and brought low whoever He willed by His justice and lowered him.

I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, having no partner,

and I bear witness that our master and our prophet Muhammad is His servant and His messenger,
