أَلَيْسَ سَمَاعُكَ لِدَرْسِ إِيمَانٍ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ شَيْخٍ أَوْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ جَوَّالٍ تَرْضَى وَيَرْضَى اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِهِ عَنْكَ نِعْمَةً

Is your hearing of a lesson of faith before a sheikh or via a phone, which you are pleased with and God Almighty is pleased with you for, not a blessing?

نَعَمْ لَا تُعَدُّ وَلَا تُحْصَى

Yes, it is countless and incalculable.

إِنَّ كُلْيَتَيْكَ اللَّتَيْنِ جَعَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بَيْنَ جَنْبَيْكَ تَغْسِلُ لَكَ مَا فِي بَطْنِكَ وَبَدَنِكَ مِنَ السُّمُومِ

Your two kidneys, which God Almighty placed between your sides, cleanse what is in your abdomen and body of toxins.

فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ سِتًّا وَثَلَاثِينَ غَسْلَةً

Thirty-six times a day and night.

أَخْبَرَنِي أَحَدُهُمْ أَنَّهُ لَا يَنَامُ اللَّيْلَ حَتَّى يَنَامَ عِنْدَ الْغَسْلِ

One of them told me that he does not sleep at night until he sleeps at the dialysis center.

فَإِذَا فَرَغَ الْوَاحِدُ مِنْهُمْ مِنْ غَسْلَةِ كُلْيَتَيْهِ فِي الْيَوْمِ

When one of them finishes his kidney wash for the day,

انْتَقَعَ لَوْنُهُ فَصَارَ أَصْفَرَ كَالْكُرْكُمِ وَهُدَّ بَدَنُهُ

His complexion fades and becomes yellow like turmeric, and his body collapses.

وَرَجَعَ يَئِنُّ مِنَ الْأَلَمِ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ

And he returns groaning from pain to his home,

وَأَنْتَ تَخْرُجُ رَوْحَةً وَغُدْوَةً لَا تَشْعُرُ بِذَلِكَ

While you go out morning and evening without feeling that.

فَاحْمَدِ اللهَ

So praise God.
