وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا

And among His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves

لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً

so that you may find tranquility in them, and He placed between you love and mercy.

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

Indeed, in that are signs for a people who reflect.

السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ رَحِيمٍ

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, Merciful.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْإِنْسَانَ

Praise be to Allah, Who created human beings

وَجَعَلَ لَهُ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ زَوْجًا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا

and made for him from himself a spouse to find tranquility in her,

وَأَوْدَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا الْمَوَدَّةَ وَالرَّحْمَةَ

and deposited between them love and mercy,

وَجَعَلَ الْأُسْرَةَ آيَةً مِنْ آيَاتِهِ

and made the family a sign among His signs

وَدَلِيلًا عَلَى كَمَالِ حِكْمَتِهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى

and a proof of the perfection of His wisdom, glorified and exalted is He.
