وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا

And among His signs is that He created for you from yourselves spouses

لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً

that you may find tranquility in them, and He placed between you affection and mercy.

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

Indeed in that are signs for a people who reflect.

السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

الْحَمْدُ للهِ وَالصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِ اللهِ

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.

حَيَّاكُمُ اللهُ إِخْوَانِي وَأَخَوَاتِي إِلَىٰ لِقَاءٍ جَدِيدٍ

May Allah welcome you, my brothers and sisters, to a new meeting

ضِمْنَ هَٰذِهِ السِّلْسِلَةِ بُيُوتٌ مُطْمَئِنَّةٌ

within this series, Tranquil Homes.

حِينَ نَتَحَدَّثُ عَنِ الْبُيُوتِ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةِ

When we speak about tranquil homes,

فَإِنَّنَا لَا نَتَحَدَّثُ فَقَطْ عَنْ بَيْتٍ هَادِئٍ

we do not speak only about a quiet house
