• In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

  • Praise be to Allah, who made the word of monotheism a protection and a fortress for His servants, and made the Ancient House (the Kaaba) a destination for people and a sanctuary.

  • And He honored it by attributing it to Himself as a mark of nobility, preservation, and grace, and made visiting it and circumambulating it a barrier between the servant and the punishment, and a shield.

  • And blessings upon Muhammad, the Prophet of mercy and the master of the nation, and upon his family and his companions, the leaders

  • of truth and the masters of creation, and may He grant them abundant peace.

  • To proceed, Hajj is among the pillars of Islam and its foundations,

  • the worship of a lifetime, the conclusion of the matter, the perfection of Islam, and the completion of the religion. In it, Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, revealed: "Today I have perfected

  • for you your religion, and have completed My favor upon you, and have approved Islam as religion for you." And regarding it, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

  • "Whoever dies without having performed Hajj, then let him die, if he wishes, as a Jew or, if he wishes, as a Christian." How great is a worship that, by its absence, the religion loses

  • its perfection, and its abandoner equals the Jews and Christians in misguidance. It is more worthy that attention be directed to explaining it and detailing
